Today, work continues to continue on the elevator hinges. It seems like this work has been ongoing for a long long time and I’m eager to start to move forward on some new work. A bit of visual progress was made by getting the elevator ribs drilled and clecoed to the elevator spars, as shown in the pictures below.

In order to get to this point my building partner Garet and I started by installing the hinges on the horizontal stabilizer back in Feb. 2016. It’s now 5 months later!
